		At the time of booking we will require a 25% non refundable deposit. We will then send you written confirmation of your booking for your records.
		If you cancel the booking up to 1 month before the event we will honour your booking for a further three months if our diary permits. Please talk to us as early as possible if this happens and we will do our very best to accommodate in any way possible.
		If any particulars of your event change, please let us know as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on our customer service so we will endeavour to be as flexible as we can.
